Yoga Classes Hemel Hempstead

Yoga classes are running in the centre of Hemel Hempstead, every Tuesday morning (10.00 am) and Thursday evening (7.15 pm). Each class will have a maximum of 6 members, guaranteeing better and more individual tuition. Each class costs £9 and if you purchase a 5 class package then you will have one for free.

Yoga is an excellent means to improve both flexibility and overall strength. It is also a great way of rehabilitating after suffering back pain, neck pain or other injury. Each yoga session is 1 and a half hours long and includes 25 minutes of deep relaxation at the end of the class.
